It works really well and comes with a heat mat, travel pouch, and leather case. The packaging was really cute, I loved it. For those of you who have trouble straightening your hair or take extra long this is the straightener for you! It is safe for damp to dry styling, which is my favorite feature and doesn't damage your hair!
